For babies and toddlers you find changing tables, microwaves and and nursing options in our baby care rooms. Even a diaper service is included in case you have forgotten something.

The baby changing rooms are located on the ground and first floor. For your safety video surveillance is installed at the entrances.

A branch of Bank Austria is located on the first floor. It is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.

In case your child gets tired … if you deposit a valid photo identification at the concierge at the Tower on the first level you can rent a baby buggy for free.

Stop & Wash is the expert in cleaning and caring for your automobile. Modern equipment and high-quality special products as well as many years of experience and careful hand washing provide you great pleasure and help to retain the value of your vehicle.

While you comfortably shop, your car will be polished to a high gloss.

Our lockers are located on the Food Plaza between Dean & David and Wienerwald and on the first level next to the toilets.

They are equipped with plug sockets in case you want to charge your phone.

The lockers are always locked. For a free locker, please contact the porter at the tower on the 1st floor or call 01 24000 1160. All lockers are emptied daily at 8 am. Found items will be kept for 7 days (valuables for a maximum of 1-2 months) and then disposed of (information available at the porter’s desk).

Have you lost a valuable item such as a wallet, keys, mobile phone or handbag? Write us an e-mail at office@millennium-city.at and describe the missing item. We will let you know within 2-3 working days whether it has been found. You can pick up your property by appointment via e-mail at our information desk from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We do not accept any liability for valuables that are handed over.

We keep found valuables for at least one and a maximum of two months. After that, unclaimed lost objects are disposed of professionally. Any cash found will be donated to a charitable organization. No liability will be accepted for items that have been disposed of. Please note that anything left in lockers (except valuables) will be disposed of after 7 days!
